Our team members play a vital role in building our customer base and keeping them engaged with our brand. We offer one of the most competitive compensation packages in the planner market for our team members and enjoy working and growing together! A PlannerShit Team member is a creative person with a unique style who wants to work with other team members demonstrating & promoting our brands products. The planner industry is constantly evolving, and we need team members that are willing and excited to change and grow with it. We welcome team members who are strictly planners as well as those who would use our products for scrapbooking or journaling or other creative projects.
Requirements

All communications between the PR Manager or Admin and the team are considered confidential and all information will have specified dates for release. Any info shared before these dates will result in immediate termination for breach of contract.

Team member tasks to be completed include:

  • Must be able to post clear and crisp photos of products in use on a regular basis.
  • Minimum of 2-3 original content posts per week on your social media profile(s).
  • You must post weekly in our Facebook Group.
  • Willing to share promo graphics as needed for new release and sale promos.
  • Be flexible, we are in unprecedented times & timelines sometimes change. We are willing to work with you when that happens on your end as well as long as you communicate when its needed and you dont leave the team hanging.
  • Be authentic as an affiliate & share what you love. We want your content to be genuine and not salesy.
  • Be available & ready to act during sales & events.
Compensation

Compensation is as follows:

  • 3500 Clusterbucks ($35 value) will added to your rewards account monthly if all requirements are met. You can cash these out at any time.
  • 50% off code that you can use any time.

Team Member bonus promos will also be available periodically. Freebies earned will be sent at the completion of the promo period or as outlined in the promo materials.

Your Clusterbucks do roll over if you do not use them all and can be cashed out at any time, however to help maintain processing times there is a $100 limit on credit usage per week.
