Shipping policy


We ship your planner goodies within 3 to 5 business days (that’s Monday–Friday, minus holidays, weekends, or collab sales).  If our shipping schedule ever takes a detour, you’ll see a heads-up banner on the homepage—no surprises here.

You’ll get an order confirmation email once your order is in our system, and another with tracking info once it’s out the door.

Domestic Shipping Deets:

  • Flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders
  • Sent via USPS First Class—it’s affordable and reliable
  • No expedited shipping or local delivery available at this time—thanks for understanding!

🔍 Where’s My Stuff?

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Give it up to 48 hours for tracking to update—USPS needs a minute.

If it’s been 7 days since your shipping confirmation and your order hasn’t shown up, email us at plannershit.com@gmail.com with your name and order number. We’ll dig into it like a planner-obsessed detective.


No Returns, Unless We Screwed Up

We’re a small biz with a big love for our products—which means all sales are final. That includes no returns, no exchanges, and definitely no “oops I changed my mind” moments.

We Don’t Accept Returns For:

  • Changed your mind
  • Didn’t read the product description
  • Suddenly not feeling the sticker vibe

We Will Make It Right If:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • There's a clear product quality issue

If that’s the case, email plannershit.com@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the problem

We’ll review the situation and, if it’s our fault, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. Planner peace, no drama.
