Chill, glitter queen. We typically ship in 3–5 biz days, but USPS loves a dramatic entrance. Current shipping timeframes are always posted on our homepage, so check there first. Still stressing? Track that baby or hit us up if it’s been way too long.
Are your products handmade?
Uh, heck yes. Every sticker, charm, junk journaling goodies (even our dreamy watercolor paints) is handmade in house with love, hustle, and probably a few glittery cuss words. This isn’t some mass-produced nonsens. We make the magic ourselves, one sticker at a time.
Do you ship internationally?
Sadly, no babe. We had to break up with international shipping because rude costs and wild tariffs made it a toxic relationship. For now, we’re keeping it domestic (U.S. only), but we’re always looking for better options. Never say never. 💔✈️
Can you make me a custom item?
Oh, we love custom work. Custom charms and bookmarks are kinda our jam, and all available custom items live in their own little VIP section on the site. Want something extra special? Check there first and then slide into our inbox if you’ve got a vision. We’re here to make your planner dreams come true (within reason… we don’t do miracles, just magic).

If your goodies show up bent, busted, or looking like they lost a bar fight with a mail truck, don’t panic. Just snap a clear photo of the damage and email it to us along with your order number.
