It's our little rewards program because apparently buying planner shit wasn't rewarding enough.

Create an account, earn points for things like purchases, referrals, and other fun stuff, then cash those points in for rewards.

The more points you hoard, the more free shit and discounts you can unlock.

Absolutely.

There is currently no limit to how many points you can earn. Go forth and hoard.

"},{"title":"Why are my points doing weird shit?","content":"

Approved: These points are ready to spend. Go nuts.

Pending: These points are temporarily in loyalty-point jail while we verify the activity that earned them. This can happen with things like purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: These points aren't coming back. For example, if you cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase will be cancelled too.

"},{"title":"Do my points expire, or can I hoard them forever?","content":"

Unfortunately, your points aren't immortal. They expire one year after they're awarded.

It's a rolling expiration, so every batch of points gets its own one-year lifespan. Earn 500 points today? Those points expire one year from today. Earn another 500 six months from now? Those get their own expiration date six months after that.

So yes, you can absolutely hoard them. Just keep an eye on those expiration dates before your oldest points wander off into the sunset. 🫡
